Countries like Sri Lanka of ample human resources should not go for high costly mechanized techniques from Europe and instead, strategies have to be formed to enhance maximum involvement of the easily available settler communities through CBOs, in the correct methodology such as;
1. Sorting before dumping
2. Collection
3. Transportation
4. Processes to reduce, reuse, recovery recycle, and eco land filling
